Brave, Beautiful & Blessed: Learn How to ROCK with Confidence Conference
During this day-long conference, we provide our girls with the tools they need through workshops and seminars to learn how to prepare themselves to be BOLD, BEAUTIFUL AND BRAVE. We facilitate age and situation-appropriate self-help and self-awareness seminars and workshops that address different topics and areas. Some of the topics include:
Financial Literacy
Goal-setting
Hygiene
Health and Fitness
Etiquette
Positive Self-Esteem
Positive self-image
Social Media Appropriateness
....and many more

You Grow Girl Workshop
Our You Grow Girl workshop is a safe place for girls ages 11-16 to gain support while having real honest exchanges about their growth and challenges being a girl growing up in today's world. We provide the girls with realistic views of society and the issues going on in their communities while teaching them ways to develop strategies to dealing with their reality in a positive, optimistic manner. We prepare them to return to the community as a positive role model that promotes positive peer pressure.
College Tours
We believe that exposure to institutions of higher education contributes to better student outcomes in school and beyond. Statistics show that educational trips have a positive, lasting impact on a child's education and career because the trips make them more engaged, intellectually curious and interested in and out of school. We support and strive to provide positive educational experiences by arranging tours and visits to college campuses near and far.
Mentorship
At Miracles in Motion Outreach, we understand that mentoring is a component of our program that involves other elements, such as tutoring or life skills training and coaching. We believe that the supportive, healthy relationships formed between our mentors and mentees are both immediate and long-term and contribute to a host of benefits for both. We have seen wonderful relationships formed and drastic changes in the lives of our participants as well as our mentors.
